Shipping Process and Tracking updates:

Shipping of vapor products and vape related devices has become increasingly limited due to the inclusion of these items in The PACT ACT (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act). As a result, USPS, FEDEX, and UPS are no longer able to handle shipments from retailers to consumers. Another consequence of these regulations is the increase in shipping costs along with a 10-pound weight limit per box imposed by law.

At Ejuiceoverstock.com, we partnered with local and regional shipping carriers that can handle this regulatory environment and comply with the above-mentioned restrictions. Unfortunately, local and regional carriers don't have the same infrastructure and capabilities as major companies like USPS, UPS and FedEx. This means tracking information won't update at quite the usual speed you're used to when shopping online for products that are not as heavily regulated as vape!

Transit times generally run 3-7 business days (from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends). In the event of changes due to factors like weather disruptions, carrier delays, or logistical challenges, please keep in mind that delivery dates may be extended.

To ensure your delivery runs smoothly, make sure you provide us with accurate contact information during the checkout process. We want to keep you in the know regarding any possible delays or changes relating to transit times for your order – so we may be able to reach out and update YOU directly!

Order Processing Times:

Please allow 24-72 Business Hours for order processing. We process orders All week except on Sundays. 

Required Adult Signature:

Make sure to be prepared for your vape mail order delivery! To abide by Federal laws, packages containing e-cigarette related products must have Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) on them. This means that upon arrival of the package to its destination, a proper form of government photo ID will need to be presented for age confirmation and successful delivery.

P.O Box Addresses: 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders containing any vape products to P.O Boxes due the required signature upon delivery by someone aged 21+. If a customer happens to place an order with a P.O box as their chosen address, it will be placed on hold for 3 days while they provide us with another suitable shipping destination where somebody of legal smoking age can sign off on the shipment and complete verification - otherwise, refunds shall be issued accordingly!

Return To Sender:

If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely, resulting in the package being returned to us, we are not obliged to provide a replacement item at our cost. However, if this happens and the product reaches back to our facility safely, then customers can expect a refund minus shipping costs.

If a package is unable to be delivered due to issues collecting an adult signature and proof of ID, we at EJuiceovestock.com reserve the right to deduct our restocking fee upon refunding your order. However, as soon as it’s returned - processed in-store - we can happily re-ship the order at the buyer's expense.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

At Ejuiceoverstock.com, we take pride in our efficiency and commitment to resolving potential package issues that may arise during shipment; however, responsibility for lost or undelivered packages is not ours alone - customers must work with the third-party carrier used when matters of this kind occur. To ensure successful resolution of any transit errors on behalf of the customer, it's important to report them within 48 hours from receipt of a final tracking update showing delivery status as 'Delivered.' Rest assured though – if problems persist despite quick action being taken by all parties involved, then Ejuiceoverstock.com will do everything possible to provide a speedy solution.
